OUR MISSION AND MINISTRY

Vision Statement

We are women faithful to prayer, living lives based on scripture and
gospel values, rooted in our csj spirituality.
Our ministries respond to the poor and most needy,
particularly where the need is not already met.

This vision statement has been for us the touchstone of our mission and ministry in these changing times. (see A Time of Transition in Peterborough Story) Called to a mission of active and inclusive love, we are committed to share life together and to touch our world in a manner that proclaims all life as sacred.

The Peterborough CSJ congregation can be found in ministry in small groups across Canada, and in  Africa. We seek to be faithful to our history and the vision of our founder who called us to do whatever is possible for women to do.
