Our Spirit and Spirituality
The spirit and spirituality of the Sisters of St. Joseph is one of relationship that is never static, but rather a mystical process of becoming more and more deeply connected to God, to the "dear neighbour without distinction" and to all creation.
The Maxims of the Little Institute, written for our first sisters by Jean Pierre Médaille, S.J. remains the foundation for our spirituality. Examples of these maxims follow.
